Shipping:

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

We offer free shipping and returns on all orders over $100. Additionally, we offer alternative paid fast shipping options at checkout.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Orders will be shipped the same day if the order is placed by 12pm EST.

Christmas Dates USA - receive your order by 24th December
UPS SurePost - order by 14th December, midnight.
UPS Ground - order by 18th December, 2pm.
UPS Second Day Air - order by 19th December, midnight.

How can I track my order?

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Sorry to hear that! Get in touch at contactus@sansmatin.com with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get that sorted out for you as quickly as possible.

Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

  

Returns & exchanges policies:

Free exchanges and returns on all, undamaged/new condition shoes (all accessories are not subject to free returns) within 30 days* of shipment date

*For orders placed between November 1st and January 31st we offer an extended 60-day return window.

*If you bought your shoes via pre-order, your 30-day returns window is from the date the shoes are shipped to you and not from the date of the order.

In order to qualify for a return:

  • Return in new condition - Your shoes must be returned in the new condition you received them, with original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, shoe bags, tissue paper, care card, etc)
  • Try them on indoors - Your SMs should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes received in a condition with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • They must be returned within 28 days of the shipment date. For orders placed between November 1st & December 31st, they must be returned within 60 days.
  • Any items purchased at any discounted price are eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • The Accessories cannot be returned.
  • Once your return has arrived at the warehouse we ask for 2-3 working days for the return to be processed.

Returns policy for items bought on sale:

  • Any items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Any shoes purchased during on-site discounted sales periods are still eligible for free returns. All returns seeking refunds will be refunded 100% of their purchase minus a shipping and handling fee of $3.00. Items at any discounted price can be exchanged, or refunded. If returning a pair of shoes bought during sales period, please return the shoes as normal through our returns portal here.

We offer 3 different shipping options (Mon-Fri);

  1. UPS SurePost5-9 WorkingDays (Free or $5.00 for orders under $100.00)
  2. UPS Ground 3-6 Working Days ($9.99)
  3. UPS Second Day Air 2-3 Working Days ($19.99)

Please note we can only send out items the same day if the order is placed before 2pm on Friday.

We offer a 28-day return policy. For refunds, please allow up to 5 working days for our warehouse to process your return and issue your refund.

To carry out your exchange(s)/return(s), please scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link under the ‘Information’ section called ‘Exchange and Return Form’ or click here. This link will be at the footer of every page. Once you have clicked on the link, follow the instructions and you will then be given a pre-paid return label to download and print off. All return requirements and instructions will also be provided. Please also include this packing slip with your return. If you are exchanging your shoes, a new pair will be sent out automatically once you have checked in the return pair at the post office.

We do not accept returns of any accessories.

If you have placed your order from another online store, please contact them directly to process your return.

You can protect your shoes using suede protection spray. For cleaning suede, you can use premium suede cleaners. The normal flat leather and soles can be cleaned with wipes/cloths and water with a cleaning solution.

We will be launching our own range of protection and cleaning products soon.

If you select the size of the shoe you would like and it says out-of-stock the ‘Add To Cart’ button will change to say ‘Notify me when in stock’. Simply click that button, sign up, and you’ll be the first to be notified when the shoes come back in stock!

Please note that some of our shoes are only released in limited stock and won’t be restocked.

That’s a good question! Our shoes have been expertly designed and handcrafted by shoemakers with generations of experience. But what makes ours so comfortable are our bespoke 60% natural tree rubber outsole (sustainable and very soft underfoot) and our triple-layered footbed which acts like a memory foam mattress to make sure every step you take is like walking on clouds.

Every pair comes wrapped in our 100% recycled, biodegradable and recyclable packaging. The shoes are wrapped in our bespoke branded tissue paper and placed into our signature dark green box with SANS MATIN logo and finishing. You will also receive a biodegradable booklet with further information about who we are, what goes into our fantastic shoes, and how to care for your SM products. Last but not least, you will also receive our bespoke, beautiful, SM embossed shoe bag made from PET (recycled plastic bottles) and recycled cotton.
