  1. How much does delivery cost and how long is delivery?
    We offer multiple delivery options according to where you would like your order to be shipped to.
    1. What is your returns policy?
      SANS MATIN offer a 28 day returns policy. We offer returns, refunds and exchanges on footwear only (See T&Cs)
    1. How do I go about returning an item?
      Before returning your item(s), please ensure you have filled out the returns form that was included with your order to ensure the return can be processed. Failure to do so may result in the refund not being able to be processed as we will not be able to track who has returned the item(s). If you have lost your return label email us at contact@sansmatin.co.uk letting us know and we will sent you a new label to print out. To return your item(s) please go to our Exchange and Returns portal at the footer of every page or the link here and follow the instructions. Please pack the item(s) securely and return it back to us. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, this will usually be given to you by the postal service used in the form of a tracking number. You just need to keep this receipt safe until you have received your refund. Once the return has arrived at our warehouse we ask for up to 10 working days to allow the return to be processed.
    1. I applied a discount code to my order, but the discount did not apply to my order?
      As stated in the terms all discount codes are for full priced products only – all sale/reduced price items are not included.
    1. Do I have to create an account to be able to make purchases on sansmatin.com?
      You can make purchases on sansmatin.com without registering. We do however recommend creating an account to gain access to exclusive services and parts of the brand designed specifically for our customers.
    1. How do I carry out an order?
    • From the product detail page, select the desired size.
    • Add the product(s) to your Shopping bag
    • Access your cart from the cart button at the top-right of the screen
    • Select a shipping option, and enter your delivery address and billing address
    • Enter your payment information
    • Complete the purchase order
      You will shortly receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another email with a link to track your package once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
