"I placed my first time order for a pair of Hera low top trainers. I followed the measurement guide but the trainers were one size too big. I loved the look and feel of them so immediately ordered another smaller pair and paid for them. Stupidly i didn't follow the Returns Guide which would have managed the replacement for me, as a result I paid for 2 pairs of shoes. A quick call to Tsholo in customer servce and everything was sorted for me. Tsholo was amazing helpful and kind. I'll definitely be using the company again."
